We understand you are after more than a quality, unique home; you also want the first-class customer service that should come with a build like yours.

We are here to help you every step of the way and have put together an easy step by step guide to give you a brief insight into our processes.


Making Initial Contact

You can get in touch with us by making an enquiry via our website, by phone or by visiting one of our display homes.

We will step you through our process and approach for the design and construction of your home. It is an opportunity for each of us to assess whether we are a mutual fit and interested in working together.

Your First No Obligation Consultation

Your first scheduled appointment with us is obligation and cost free. It is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your project.

Once we have explored your needs and priorities in detail and gained an idea of what you would like to invest, we will then assess the viability if the project and whether we will be able to deliver on these requests.

Preliminary Process

If we are the right fit for each other and you decide to move forward with your project, the next step will see us sit with you for approximately 90 minutes to delve deeper into the specifics of your build.

This, together with engaging various resources, will see us develop detailed plans, specifications and quote for your build. This extensive process includes a wide range of investigative services, including:

Investigating each element is critical to ensure you know exactly what you’re getting and how much it will cost before the project commences.

Once this process has been complete, we will present you with your plans, specification and quote.


Once your plans are complete, we can begin the process of selecting your colours and finishes for your new home. At this appointment, we will offer our advice and guidance, helping you bring the best of your ideas together seamlessly.

Building Approvals

When it comes time to apply for your building permit, we will take care of everything for you. We will collate all required information and submit your application to the building surveyor to issue your building permit.


Once we receive your building permit, you will meet your project supervisor, who will oversee the entire construction of your home. You will have the opportunity for on-site meetings so you stay fully informed of the progress of your new home, and can discuss any questions you may have.


Before handover, we will carry out a practical completion inspection with you to make sure you are happy with your new home. Here, you can point out any last issues that require attention before we prepare for handover. Once these items are rectified, we will arrange the official handover and you will receive the keys to your brand new home!
